360BSL is able to use Value Stream Mapping to analyse the value creating processes with you organisation. By clearly mapping the "current state" of the operation, value creating and waste processes become apparent. By following the first step through, a "future state" map (effectively a new plan for operations of the business) can be created.

Once then mapping processes are completed, a plan of waste reduction initiatives can be developed and the crucial Value adding process can be developed.
